Norman Joly, who has held a CAP in baking and a CAP in pastry making since 2003, has chosen his favorite branch, pastry making, by perfecting his skills with a complementary mention in pastry making "dessert on a plate".
Curious to acquire a solid experience, he forged it over the years in several establishments.
It was then in November 2015 that Norman and Justine (his wife) started their own business in Polliat. Norman's wish: to delight his customers and their taste buds with great pastry classics, but also to share his creativity, both in terms of taste with innovative flavors, and the pleasure of the eyes with enticing decorations.
