Aurélie and Aurélien Perret, a young couple of cheese makers who arrived in 2013, welcome you in their typical workshop, located in the "Dry Valley" of Drom, on the edge of the Revermont.
The Comté cheeses sold in the store are matured on site by Aurélien. In addition to cream, raw butter and white cheeses, the cheese dairy also produces a very surprising cheese from a very old saffron recipe from this corner of the Ain: the Clon.
