    You access the property via a pretty stone path. The common courtyard distributes 2 buildings which house 1 second gîte for 10 people (Le Grenier), 1 main residence and 1 secondary residence belonging to the owner's family (compliance with the rules of good neighborliness).
    The 2 gîtes can be rented separately or at the same time.
    Entering the cottage from the courtyard, you discover a large, bright and refined living room including a living room with wood stove and the equipped and open kitchen. On the night side, you have 2 bedrooms: 1 first with 1 140*190 bed and 1 direct access to the terrace and the private garden of 600 m² facing west, located at the back of the house, with a view of the countryside; the second bedroom with 3 single beds (1 90*190 bed and two 90*200 beds which can be joined together as you wish); 1 bathroom with 1 large shower and 1 separate toilet. Heat pump heating (temperature according to current recommendations) and wood stove.
    1 shared laundry room, with washing machine and dryer, available for stays of a week or more.
    The +: the salt swimming pool (6x12m) is heated from May to September (depending on the weather); bathroom linen is provided, beds are made on arrival and charges are included.
    Spaces are offered in common to the 2 gîtes: 1 wooded area, 1 shed with pool house and games and 1 parking lot. Nordic bath at an additional cost upon reservation with the owner.
    No wifi and random mobile network. Disconnection guaranteed. The filling of swimming pool water and its use by tenants may be restricted in application of the “drought” decrees of the Ain prefecture.
