In his suitcase, he carries neatly arranged things. Things that are useful, that serve a purpose, that will help them. He's sure of it. She's got pebbles and feathers in her luggage, things that may seem insignificant but are a mark of time, to play with, to wait with, to marvel at. They have to go somewhere and do something! Together. Together. Year in, year out, on their way to their goal, they meet characters and sing about their relationship with time.
