- At Marguerite's court
Tear back the veil of time! Ten artists in period costume take you back to the time of Marguerite of Austria, to discover the customs and habits of the Renaissance. You'll discover some of the activities and pastimes of this pivotal period between the 15th and 16th centuries. A historical re-enactment by the Maisnie du Chevalier Bragon.

- you're a fan of Flemish painting: you'll admire 8 panels painted by the great-grandson of the famous Rogier Van der Weyden
- you'll never miss an artistic nugget: painted in the 16th century, this work is presented for the first time in France
- you're fascinated by extraordinary life stories: the 8 painted panels tell the fascinating and tragic story of a woman's emancipation, that of Saint Dymphne
- you like investigations: the video installations accompanying the exhibition will tell you all about the incredible scientific research carried out during the restoration of the work
- Pour qui danse sous le roube", by American artist Alisha Wessler
Inspired by the Brou monastery, this sensitive, poetic work reveals an astonishing legend about Marguerite of Austria and Philibert Le Beau. Light and shimmering, the work releases the spirit of the place and invites us on a spellbinding journey, between the supernatural and reality. Presented for the first time at the Brou monastery, the Museum Night is a unique opportunity to discover it by night, in the special atmosphere of dusk.
