This independent house has a private swimming pool (8 m * 4 m), heated during sunny days. But wait a little: the lawn is being repaired for your next stay. The large 3000 m² playground is ideal for exercising, whether you are young or old, without forgetting the trampoline. Catch your breath and enjoy a break under the covered terrace. Imagine yourself in this big house around the wood stove. Warmth and relaxation guaranteed in this atmosphere where the charm of the old mixes harmoniously with touches of modernity. Between beams, tiles and doors, let yourself be carried away into this family universe where we like to get together to enjoy every moment. Ground floor: large hall, laundry room, living room with wood stove, equipped and functional kitchen, dining room with view of the swimming pool, relaxation area with table football, and bathroom with WC.
    1st floor: 6 bedrooms (1 with a 180 x 200 bed and a baby bed; three with 2 90 x 200 beds each; and two with a 160 x 200 bed each), bathroom with shower and bathtub, WC, as well as numerous corridors and airlocks. Come light: beds are made upon your arrival, bathroom and household linen provided, and charges are included. Do you want the cleaning package? It is available for €130.
    The filling of swimming pool water and its use by tenants may be restricted in application of the “drought” decrees of the Ain prefecture.
