Les 100 mousquetaires

Les 100 mousquetaires is an ARFI (Association à Recherche un Folklore Imaginaire)
(Association à la Recherche d'un Folklore Imaginaire), in very large format, based on the cloak-and-dagger film The Iron Mask, starring Douglas Fairbanks.
The show features the film, original music for full orchestra and songs recorded by local children.

Grand Bourg Agglomération invited the ARFI collective to immerse themselves in Bresse and irrigate the region with a musical and participatory artistic project, an artistic and cultural education residency, entitled "Atlas Imaginaire d'une Bresse légendaire", as part of the Convention Territoriale d'Éducation aux Arts et à Culture. At the heart of this second year of residency, Les 100 mousquetaires brings together musicians from the Orchestre des jeunes des harmonies de l'Ain and pupils from the Conservatoire d'Agglomération, with the participation of pupils from local elementary schools.
