After the pond, leave the D3B and head for Treffort, an old fortified village whose remains are still very present. Perched on its hill, it has a proud appearance with its castle. In the Middle Ages, before the territory became part of the kingdom of France, this city was equipped with a rampart pierced by at least six doors and more than thirty towers.

The vine has also left its mark on this village and many cellars run under the streets and houses of the "cavets". Take advantage of your visit to discover the County of the region.

You will pass near the Halles of the XIVth century and the church. Strolling in this village is to discover fountains, paved and grassy streets, traboules and beautiful facades.
Find out more about this village on the website of the Tourist Office.
