  • At the foot of the foothills of the Jura, in the heart of the village of Cuisiat, the museum is housed in the former town hall and features a garden with a conservatory orchard, where numerous varieties are preserved and/or cultivated.

  • The Musée du Revermont is housed in the former Cuisiat town hall and school. The boys' classroom has been identically reconstructed in situ. For visitors, this reconstitution is an opportunity to immerse themselves in the school of Jules Ferry's time.
    Upstairs, toys and class and wedding photos from 1885 to 1939, collected in the area, complete the tour and enrich the visit dedicated to childhood.

    Outside, a botanical trail extends the visit.

    A 70m² space...

    The Jeunes Pousses room,
    A 70m² space dedicated to young visitors (0-8 years) and their families. A sensory area for toddlers, sound discovery of the botanists' itinerary, composition of the ideal herbarium, botanist explorer's kits, message trees, games and plastic activities, a reading corner, presentation of works from the departmental collections at a child's level... everything is brought together to satisfy young and old alike.

    Le Rever' Baluchon, a family game to (re)discover the museum through 8 challenges. Get your free "baluchon" on request at reception, and set off on an adventure!

    Throughout the season, the museum offers a wide range of events based on the themes of the collections, for all ages and tastes.
