This 10th edition will be a colorful one! The exhibitors, most of whom are loyal to this winter event, should once again attract a large audience. Activities, book signings by wellness authors, special events... will be added to the ever-popular range of conferences and workshops. And children will also have their own wellness and creative workshops.

In the heart of winter, this show is like a big bubble of softness. There are plenty of opportunities to meet, exchange ideas and enjoy convivial moments. Just like these three friends who, for years, have been present throughout the 3 days, from opening to closing. "We want to discover everything. There's always something new," says one. This pleasure is increased tenfold by the food and drink interludes they take to share what they've heard, seen or experienced. After all, the Salon often offers the chance to try something out and get an idea. And with no obligation to commit or buy.
A real freedom to discover products, lithotherapy, energy treatments, massages, sound baths ... .

Children are welcome. In the afternoon, a small crafts and games area is dedicated to them, as are a number of workshops. This will also enable parents to take full advantage of the show.

The show will open its doors on Friday at 10 a.m., instead of noon in previous editions. No doubt this will not escape the attention of the trio of friends and wellness enthusiasts!
