Au bout du doigt is a musical tale about Pépé, who was born in Bresse and worked the land all his life.

Even when taken prisoner by the Germans, he thought about it every day. His massive, fleshy hands were the mirror of his being. But at the tip of one of his fingers remained a tiny shadow. And from an early age, his grandson wanted to shed light on this mystery, which, as the years went by, it has to be said, thickened. Through this quest, we discover an endearing, amusing, tender, facetious and human grandfather, and a slight existential quest for the narrator.
