The Bread Workshop

We are a bakery and pastry shop that advocates French know-how.
All our products are made by a qualified and passionate artisan baker.
L'Atelier du Pain is: Conviviality, Authenticity, Quality and Creativity.
The viennoiserie, the pastry, the catering range... is made with the local butter of ETREZ. The special flours such as small spelt, wholemeal and rye are bought directly from the mill, which is located 5 km from the bakery. These flours have the particularity of being stone-ground (preserves the nutrients and the benefits). All our special breads are made with natural leaven (homemade), which preserves the taste and a great conservation.
Other products based on seeds, classic with the ordinary or traditional baguettes.
Gluten-free products are available (for intolerant customers only), based on chestnut flour, sesame puree and brown flax, light flax, poppy and sesame seeds.
We also serve coffee/tea (espresso, long coffee, double espresso, tea) (GAILLARD GRAINS: LOCAL grains)
