  • Guided tour of the Bresse poultry farm, with tasting of home-made product: confit gizzards with a glass of Bugey chardonnais.
    Come and discover the small souvenir store (apron, cap, mug and plush etc......).

  • Guided tour of the farm for about 1 hour: description and history of the family farm, practices and good conduct in relation to the PDO... The farm's short-circuit operation is followed by a tasting of its flagship product: candied gizzards with a glass of Bugey Chardonnais, a local product.
    Groups from 10 to 80 people welcome by reservation.
    Possibility of making roast Bresse poultry for you (allow 2 h beforehand).
