This lake is located in a wild, rural and natural setting on the banks of the Vieux Jonc. Its surface represents approximately 20 000 m² and includes a basin reserved for the children.

Its fish population is made up of carp, white fish, tench, carnivorous fish and promises families and friends pleasant fishing parties.
Open to any holder of a fishing card of the AAPPMA of Corgenon "la Rousse du Vieux Jonc" or of another fishing society affiliated to the reciprocity and to the EHGO. Fishing card specific to the lake.
